General Arrival Info: Registration & Confirmation

The day after you register for your classes, your schedule and fee information will be available on the Student Information Online system (SSINFO). A paper copy of your invoice and schedule will also be available at the Bursar's office. If your fees have been paid in full you can confirm your registration using SSINFO. If you haven't confirmed your registration online, you must pick up this packet in person at the Bursar's Office in Hovde Hall. Residence Hall charges will be included with your fee invoice if you will live on campus. If your invoice indicates you owe a balance for fees or for residence halls, return your payment to the Bursar's Office with the bottom portion of the invoice before the due date indicated. Credit card payments are not accepted. You must either return the bottom portion of the invoice to the Bursar's Office before the due date indicated or login to SSINFO to confirm your registration. Even if your account balance is $0.00, you must still confirm your registration.

You must also either purchase a Purdue recommended health insurance plan or provide proof of comparable coverage. For more information about health insurance, refer to Health Insurance. Purdue University requires all international students to carry health insurance.

On your schedule, the course number and title, building and room number, days of the week, and the time each class meets will be listed. Much of the information will be abbreviated. Building names will be abbreviated consult a campus map for full names and locations. Meeting days will be indicated as follows:

M (Monday), T (Tuesday), W (Wednesday), R (Thursday), F (Friday),
and S (Saturday).
